Actual delivery times are dependent on stock levels which if this is important to you should be confirmed before placing the order. Typical lead times are 3-5 days when stock is low.

Gaussmeters and probes are usually dispatched by overnight courier within the UK and sent via a UPS service to the rest of the world, exact delivery times depends on your country, if in any doubt please contact the sales office before placing any order.

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your Gaussmeter, please contact the sales office to discuss your issues.

Returns will only be accepted for goods that are faulty, please get authorisation from our sales office before returning any goods. Damaged goods will either be replaced or repaired at our discretion.

All Gaussmeters and probes carry a 12 month guarantee from date of purchase. Before returning any goods please contact the sales office to discuss your issue. The guarantee does not cover broken probes, physical damage, exposure of the meter to fluids, connecting unapproved devices to the meter or if the meter has been user modified in any way.
