Actual delivery times are dependent on stock levels which if this is important to you should be confirmed before placing the order. Typical lead times are 3-5 days when stock is low.

Gaussmeters and probes are usually dispatched by overnight courier within the UK and sent via a UPS service to the rest of the world, exact delivery times depends on your country. With in the UK we are currently using Lamorna Express to provide delivery services. For Europe and other destinations we are currently using UPS. If in any doubt please contact the sales office before placing any order to confirm delivery arrangments.

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your Gaussmeter, please contact the sales office to discuss your issues. Before any returns are accepted you must get Return Authorisation from the sales office.

Your right of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations with in the Europen Union

You may cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations by notifying us, in writing, no later than 7 working days after we deliver the goods that you are cancelling the contract. If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must take reasonable care of the goods from the time you receive them until you return them to us. If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations you must return the goods to us at your own expense. If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations and do not return the goods as required, we may charge you our direct costs of recovering the goods.

All Gaussmeters and probes carry a 12 month guarantee from date of purchase. Before returning any goods please contact the sales office to discuss your issue. The guarantee does not cover broken probes, physical damage, exposure of the meter to fluids, connecting unapproved devices to the meter or if the meter has been user modified in any way.
